HOT GUY GLEN/DA FANCLUB™ (Singapore).Also affectionately known as If Glenda Were A Guy I Would Like Her (IGWAGIWLH) Fanclub.
30 June 2008 marks the establishment of the HOT GUY GLEN/DA FANCLUB (HGGDFC). This fanclub was started by President Wong Mei-yu Esther (also known as Grammermaid), who is Glenda's #1 Fan. Another member has since joined as Vice-President, who refuses to be named.
Due to financial restrains, we are unable to reach out to the masses to promote HGGDFC. However, through the use of internet, we were able to gain a number of fans.
The HGGDFC is currently recruiting new members. The membership rate is absolutely non-existent for the first 3 weeks, which will act as a probation period. Upon having been in the fanclub for 3 weeks, members would have to pay at least $5 each month, to make up for the costs of buying materials for making banners and placards, as well as printing posters.
Additionally, there will be fanclub gatherings at least twice a year. Glen would be attending at least one of them, in order to allow fans to interact with their idol and understand more about him/her.
The mascot for our fanclub is currently a giraffe. This mascot symbolises longneckity, a trait which we hope to find in most, if not all, members of the HGGDFC.
Lastly, the HGGDFC welcomes more members, anywhere, anytime. Regardless of race, language or religion.
